We can reach worldwide delivery with DHL!

We deliver:

• Standard Delivery within 5-10 business days*.
• Express Delivery within 3 to 5 business days*.

Shipping of orders on business days (Monday to Friday).
Responsibility for any shipping delay is under DHL.

Returns

RETURNS BY MAIL

You have 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return your item(s).

Pieces with missing tags won't be eligible for a refund. Beauty products will need to be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return costs. The 15 days limit does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.

Your return label is essential in order to identify your package and process your refund.

Once we've received your order, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, you'll be alerted via email.
